Increase Your Dopamine Level Naturally


Dopamine is a motivational molecule because it improve your motivation;the ability to wake up early and jump out of your bed to something.Being consistent with something like building muscles even though you're not progressing on daily basis requires big amount of dopamine.Otherwise you will stop halfway;like many people out there.

When you're deficient of it ,you can't get out of your bed, lose focus,lose your cognitive function ,depressed, having anxiety , decreased libido, mental sluggishness and unnecessary carb cravings.
This play the key role in addiction like alcohol, smoking and even caffeine.

Those stimulant will trigger this neurotransmitter which will elevate your mood and cognitive function TEMPORARILY.

The thing is, the more you do it, the more you lose the effect..The more you lose the effect, the more you want to do it and get stuck in a terrible cycle.

You need more of them to stimulate the same amount of dopamine and eventually become very addicted.

Dopamine is a neurotransmitter which are similar to hormones in their way of communication particle yet neurotransmitter communicate to the nervous system where hormones communicate through the blood.

There are things that we can do to stimulate the production of dopamine like talking L-tyrosine as an amino acid which is a precursor.Too much stress which stimulate cortisol will nullify the production of dopamine so managing stress leads to a better dopamine level.Sugar intake will create insulin resistance and that makes your body unable to absorb those amino acids to make the neurotransmitter.
Exposure to sun too will improve the dopamine level  but my favourite and the one thing that worked really well for me was, learning new thing such as music,new language or anything that seems interesting for you and improving in it.

To shock the system and prevent plateau,for past 3 days,I have been eating this twice daily. Each bowl was 3 packets of noodles. The easiest way to confuse your body is by loading them with shitty food after a period of strict diet.


And high amount of sugar with bad glycemic index food. Definitely not a healthy way,but it works. From Monday onwards,back to state of abstinence.

Ended up with tooth ache.
