Bora Bora is an island in the Leeward group of the Society Islands of French Polynesia. The island, located about 230 kilometres (140 mile) northwest of Papeete, is surrounded by a lagoon and a barrier reef. In the center of the island are the remnants of an extinct volcano rising to two peaks

a) Mount Pahia

b) Mount Otemanu, .

Bora Bora is a major international tourist destination, famous for its aqua-centric luxury resorts. The major settlement, Vaitape is on the western side of the main island, opposite the main channel into the lagoon. Produce of the island is mostly limited to what can be obtained from the sea and the plentiful coconut trees, which were historically of economic importance for copra.

The island of Bora Bora is actually a volcanic caldera. This geography has produced a lagoon, well protected from waters by the surrounding motus (islets). The lagoon, and the tropical underwater life, including sharks and rays, provide fantastic opportunities for many forms of water-based recreation, ranging from swimming, through snorkelling and to scuba and other options if you truly want to immerse yourself in this unique environment.

In addition to the sights under the surface of the lagoon, the dominating and unusually shaped peak of Mount Otemanu which reaches 728 metres above sea level, and its smaller neighbour Mount Pahia are also worthy attractions. The combination of the beautiful lagoon and these impressive peaks provide an almost endless supply of opportunities to take travel photos which will leave your friend back home cursing you for sharing them.

You can go there by plane.The airport is located on a small motu (islet) north of the main island. Transfer to the main island or to accommodations located on other motus is done by boat. The major accommodations have counters at the airport. For the accommodations located on the main island, you will need to take the (free) ferry to Vaitape. From there, small buses will usually pick you up. Air Tahiti operates a free shuttle boat transfer from the airport to the main village, Vaitape, by "Bora Bora Navette".

It can be your best honeymoon location.This is one such place that is the dream destination for many. The romantic atmosphere of Bora-Bora Island is something that you won’t be able to avoid. The spectacular beauty and natural surrounding make this place even more romantic. If you are looking for a romantic place to spend your honeymoon then Bora-Bora Island is the ideal place for you. This land is the paradise for the honeymooners and I guess you surely won’t get disappointed.

Just finished Forensic Science lecture.Before the next class,I had 2 hours break because no wards today.So plan wana go gym now..Let me share some picture of places in Chittagong..

View from hospital..Even the building look old,but this is a perfect place to study..So many cases each day..Since you can see it lively ,each day you have the chance to practice...Can see all kind of disease and sickness here..Lucky to be here..Just hope that my lecturers won't be too strict with us.. :(

Its shopping complex at chittagong,mimi and atmi plaza...But sadly no theater here!!!However dvd here very cheap,only rm3 per movie..

This is my gym Chittagong Fitness Club.Worst gym ever I have seen What to do..Its better than nothing right..

Equipment here, mostly made at workshop.Not original one J.But each month 800taka(rm40).Good gym at Malaysia with same price monthly is 10 times better than this gym!!

OK OK to use…Some are rusty.Poor maintenance….If you wana join here,better take tetanus vaccine injection first for your own safety.!!
Let me explain about few vaccines.

1)Tetanus toxoid vaccine.It is for short term,like after accident or injuries from rusty nails.This vaccine is imumunogenic not pathogenic and is used to prevent an individual from contracting tetanus. Tetanus also known as lockjaw, is a disease caused by the bacteria Clostridium tetani which enters the body through open wounds and releases a poison called tetanospasmin. This is a potentially deadly disease because the poison attacks the nervous system blocking nerve signals from the spinal cord to and from the muscles. However this disease is preventable through injecting multiples doses of vaccines and administering the recommended booster shot every ten years.

2)T.I.G.(tetanus immune globulin)-is type is long term protection againts tetanus.

So choose which want you prefer.

And

3) Hpv (humanpapilloma virus )vaccine -There are two type of specific vaccine for this
-Cervarix and

-Gardasil

a)Gardasil is also a vaccine for use in the prevention of certain types of human papillomavirus(HPV) specifically HPV types 6, 11, 16 and 18. HPV types 16 and 18 cause an estimated 70% of cervical cancers and are responsible for most HPV-induced anal vulvar, vaginal and penile cancer cases. HPV types 6 and 11 cause an estimated 90% of genital warts cases. Though it does not treat existing infection, vaccination is still recommended for HPV positive individuals, as it may protect against one or more different strains of the disease.

Gardasil is given in three 0.5 milliliter injections over six months. The second injection is two months after the first, and the third injection is four months after the second shot was administered.

b)Cervarix is also designed to prevent infection from HPV types 16 and 18, that cause about 70% of cervical cancer cases.It is indicated for the prevention of the following diseases caused by oncogenic HPV types 16 and 18: cervical cancer, cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN) grade 2 or worse and adenocarcinoma in situ, and CIN grade 1.

Cervarix is approved for use in females 10 through 25 years of age.Cervarix was shown to be effective 7.3 years after vaccination

Immunization with Cervarix consists of 3 doses of 0.5-mL each, by intramuscular injection according to the following schedule: 0, 1, and 6 months.It means first month,then the following second month.Then the third injection after 6 month,not 4 month like Gardasil.

I had seen many patient at hospital with positive H.P.V result.Hpv means humanpapilloma virus.It usually found on the death skin of patient and tend to infectious .It the main cause of cervical cancer and can also cause penile carcinoma.I don’t know how..But that virus can cause that.The vaccine is very expensive and have to put 3 times ..Then you’re safe!!I still haven’t take it..!!Should get it soon..Too risky while taking patient history.You have to touch and examine them right..Thats why I said its risky..

Penang Second Bridge

Penang Second Bridge

It was holiday time.My grandmother’s house actually located here,at Batu kawan..So during last holiday,I went fishing with my uncle at midnight. Fisherman usually go for fishing at night.Maybe perfect time I guess.It was really a nice experience.Before we reach the exact location,we have to cross Penang Second Bridge which still under construction.

The Penang Second Bridge or also known as Jambatan Kedua Pulau Pinang is a new bridge under construction in Penang, Malaysia. It will connect Batu Kawan on the mainland Seberang Perai and Batu Maung on Penang Island. It will be the second bridge to link the island to the mainland after Penang Bridge. The total length of the RM 3 billion bridge is 24 km and will become the longest bridge in Malaysia and Southeast Asia. China Harbour Engineering Co Ltd (CHEC) expected to start work on the second Penang bridge in November 2007 for completion in 2011, but it was then postponed for completion in May 2012, and later to November 2013, as the construction started late in November 2008. So I still managed to look at it under construction when I went there last year September (2011).To reduce the cost of construction, its design was then modified to resemble the first cable stayed Penang Bridge. The bridge will be built with a large loan from the People's Republic of China to continue and maintain the economic relationship between China and Malaysia.
