Cockroach Parrota

"I love parotta!"
"You want to eat?"
"It's okay.I will just accompany you,"I said and we sat nearby the hot and greased pan.
The man mixed the flour well using his hands until a loose  consistency dough formed. "The dough should be smooth and a little bit sticky but not stiff,"he explained from no where.I looked at him.It must be his favourite food I guessed.

The chef placed the dough on a working surface and kneaded it well.He brushed the dough with a little cooking oil and made 4 equal sized balls from the kneaded dough. "The flour needs more amount of kneading to make a soft dough. The soft and crunchy outer layer and the cushy inner layers make the parotta really yummy,"he exclaimed.
I smiled.
The chef noticed us.He rolled the balls  using a roller with excitement while cracking some jokes with his pal.A small cockroach passed by on the surface and he rolled it without noticing it.His sweat dropped on the dough,he rolled it as well.
"Crunchy parotta served hot is the best teatime meal bro,"he said again.
I smiled ,"Yes with added microbiome."
