REALITY CHECK.
If I pride myself on being smart & you tell me I'm dumb, that's gona damage my self esteem;if my self esteem is fragile.
If on the other hand,you tell me that I'm dumb & I build my self esteem around being a learner,now I'm gona thank you & ask in what way that I'm dumb because you will open my eyes to something that now I can address & learn it.
I learnt that admitting wrong really fast make me earn credibility much easier.Past 8 years,people that I have seen only showed their greatness by making me small,from peon to superior.You won't become big by making others small, aren't you?
You never going to be the best at everything.
The problem is there will always be somebody who's better,bigger , faster,stronger,richer, prettier and smarter.
It just the way of the world.
At the end of the day,being the 'greatest' person in the room doesn't matter.
The only thing that matters is, how you choose to grow when you're at your weakest.

Poked my finger while drilling the bone to insert the k wire. Luckily he was just 12 years old so HIV isn't his cup of tea; yet and I didn't get fever within 7 days from that incident 🤗
