How To set Resolution for 2019



"It's New Year,did figure out your resolution?"
I didn't have resolution this year,only checklist list.
"Not even one?"
Haha,maybe say more no.
I realized resolution is more like a goal oriented thing and it requires will power.With time it will seem difficult if you're not achieving anything .
"How to set a resolution?"
Simple,
1st,Start early.Set it week earlier so that at the time of new year,you already started and that feel good is a good drive.
2nd,Write it down on a piece of paper.3rd,keep it short if can not more than 3.Mind only remember 7 things at a time.In term of goals,the more you set,the probability to fail increases as well.If you have more, dissect them and you will realize each one of them is interlink to one another.
"What do you mean?"
For an example,being fit and earn passive income is a single resolution and another one is just the action required.If you become fit,teach it and earn money.They aren't different,you do one and achieve another rather than setting many resolution and burdening your mind.
Lastly that resolution should stir you emotion.You must know your why you want it and it should be deep seated emotion .Otherwise you won't even remember it a week later.
