Vitamin D
—has positive effects on cardiovascular health and may have positive effects on cognitive function separately; the active form of Vitamin D seems to be involved in brain development and in adult brain function.  Epidemiological data show that higher Vitamin D levels (>20 ng/mL or 50nmol/L) are associated with better cognitive function, but do not seem to be associated with better memory performance.



Piracetam 

— Piracetam is a nootropic drug and a cyclic derivative of GABA. It is one of the group of racetams.Piracetam improves the function of the neurotransmitter acetylcholine via muscarinic cholinergic  receptors which are implicated in memory processes.It is effective for improving cognition in Alzheimer's disease and senile dementia.
Dosage :800 mg twice per day to improve cognition.



Lipoic acid

—Lipoic acid is an organosulfur compound derived from octanoic acid.It  improves oxygen usage and antioxidant recycling, possibly improving memory.Other than that,it also:
