How Google Predict Our Happiness



"Why did you went to a haunted place?"my friend asked an irrelevant question.
"Are you depressed?"additional extraneous from him.
That's one of the places that I was fully in present. No futuristic thoughts nor past bullshit.

Happiness.
A meaningless,time based term .We can't really measure it.It will never last forever but we can measure life's satisfaction.
When i dig into it, I learnt a coolest way to measure happiness through what we google for.
It turns out that people who google about dogs are happier than people who are googling cats.People that sharing cats memes.. .😏🤔
People who are looking  for action and comedy movies than romantic movies are happier.
The funny part was,people who google for softcore porn are happier than people who google for hardcore porn.🤭
I learnt that Singapore is the 2nd happiest country in Asia.
Malaysia which was 35th last year dropped to 80th on this year's list.
There's no ghettos for Malay or Indian nor gated community for Chinese there.
Kids go to school together and happiness is an important personal goal for most Singaporean.
Nice.
About 40% of our happiness is dictated by out genes.
About 15% is dictated by our life circumstances and about 50% of our happiness is really up to us.
Take control of that 50%.

How To Deal With Insecurities



When I heard people's insecurities from their perspective,some are really funny and some doesn't even make sense.Her nose wasn't saddle for me,his teeth wasn't even crooked,her smile looks attractive for me.She wasn't that short after all.I can't see any obvious gyno in him.
That made me realized something.
That scars,marks,dark skin, voice that aren't deep enough in my videos..
All that aren't flaws but simply protection against all the doubts we have of our perfection.
People don't even look us that way.
We live in a consumerist society which means they need you to buy stuff and the easiest way to sell it to you?
By telling you that you're not enough.
We seeing so much and started buying such lies before buying their products.

When you're aware that you have been letting yourself keep forgetting that you're the person that you have been looking for and realize it's time to stop looking for more until you could look through all your fears and look into a mirror and see clearly that the person looking back at you is the only person that can make you happy..

When you started to see that and you started to be that,the world will be brighter,your load will get lighter.

How to Improve Insulin Sensitivity |Build Muscle & Burn Fat





What could be a simple trick for building more muscles than fat cells?
Most of the time, without knowing how the gut microbiome works,some focus so much into diet such as low fat, ketogenic,low carbs etc.
Everyone seems to be afraid of carbs because they think it makes them fat.
It isn't correct entirely.In long run,you dramatically slow your metabolism down,kill your thyroid and get even fatter.

Now the secret to make insulin work for you to build muscle instead of fat is to improve insulin sensitivity.

When your receptor are very sensitive to insulin,your body only needs to release a little bit of insulin to lower your blood sugar after a meal.

Less insulin spikes because of better sensitivity;means food goes directly into the muscle cells.

Insulin sensitivity and resistance is like alcohol. Initially you need only small amount.Small amount of alcohol makes you tipsy but with frequent intake,you need more and more to achieve the same effect.
Eventually it ended up with diabetes.

Many factors reduce insulin sensitivity like aging,drugs, weak liver, high body fat, low muscle mass stress ,lack of sleep etc.

Simple ways to improve insulin sensitivity are, exercise,a brisk walk after a meal,taking fiber and certain spices.Adding vinegar with food,before meal reduces the glucose and insulin response from a carb meal.
These are kinda mainstream so lets focus into something else.

The timing and type of your macros during your meal.
Whenever you eat, eat your protein, fat and vegetable first before eating your carbs.
By eating your non carbs food first, you'll lower your glucose and insulin levels.
The only exception is,you should eat carbs first during a post workout meal.
You want an insulin spike to quickly feed your muscle and lower your catabolic stress hormone such as cortisol after a workout because after exercise muscles are super sensitive to insulin so food goes automatically into muscle instead of fat cells.


Sometimes,saw them with someone else started the whole thing.
