3rd Most Haunted Place in Malaysia |Shih Chung Branch School | Top 5 Haunted Place in Penang

Before went there,I wondered why people said that this place is scarier and more haunted than 99 Door Mansion.

It's not as big ,not as deserted as the mansion.

3 days later,my perspective changed.

Making a horror movie at a fake haunted house feels kinda boring so I decided to go to a real haunted place and make a video of it.

For some reason, whatever that was there, it's not allowing everyone to enter into the place.So I have no choice but to go inside alone and record the footages.

If you could spot the ghost,do let me know because it was visible at a certain point in the video.Same figure that I saw in the house with my eyes.

How Google Predict Our Happiness

"Why did you went to a haunted place?"my friend asked an irrelevant question.
"Are you depressed?"additional extraneous from him.
That's one of the places that I was fully in present. No futuristic thoughts nor past bullshit.

Happiness.
A meaningless,time based term .We can't really measure it.It will never last forever but we can measure life's satisfaction.
When i dig into it, I learnt a coolest way to measure happiness through what we google for.
It turns out that people who google about dogs are happier than people who are googling cats.People that sharing cats memes.. .😏🤔
People who are looking  for action and comedy movies than romantic movies are happier.
The funny part was,people who google for softcore porn are happier than people who google for hardcore porn.🤭
I learnt that Singapore is the 2nd happiest country in Asia.
Malaysia which was 35th last year dropped to 80th on this year's list.
There's no ghettos for Malay or Indian nor gated community for Chinese there.
Kids go to school together and happiness is an important personal goal for most Singaporean.
Nice.
About 40% of our happiness is dictated by out genes.
About 15% is dictated by our life circumstances and about 50% of our happiness is really up to us.
Take control of that 50%.

Hypokalemic Periodic Paralysis | End of First Month of Dieting

Felt heavier than usual. Maybe due to last night's large carb meal.

Luckily no mutation in my gene,or else I would wake up with inability to move my limbs.

Wonder why would that happen?

In medical terms,we address it as 

Hypokalemic periodic paralysis. It's a rare, autosomal dominant channelopathy characterized by muscle weakness or paralysis when there is a fall in potassium levels in the blood. In individuals with this mutation, attacks often begin in adolescence and most commonly occur on awakening or after sleep or rest following strenuous exercise Attacks during exercise are rare. High carbohydrate meals, meals with high sodium content, sudden changes in temperature, and even excitement, noise, flashing lights and cold temperatures could precipitate it.

Weakness may be mild and limited to certain muscle groups, or more severe full-body paralysis. During an attack reflexes may be decreased or absent. Attacks may last for a few hours or persist for several days. 

Mechanism :

Increased glucose uptake in the cell

Associated potassium uptake into the cells

         |

Reduced levels of potassium in serum

         |

Hypokalemic periodic paralysis
