I'm going to post today might be useful for many people out there especially if you're working,studying or doing anything with notion that you don't have enough time to workout.Some might have the desire to lose weight and you might be sweating your ass off but you can't see an obvious progress.In case you have been doing everything in a correct way but in a wrong environment,to be more precise,in a stressful working,studying or living environment,I will explain the reason why and how you can actually overcome it in my future post.Definitely this whole post isn't about reps and sets like how others been sharing.There are many good pages out there sharing  such info,so I would like to emphasize more about how to initiate and sustaining the whole journey than the process itself..After all,there's no fun doing and sharing the same shit that everyone been doing out there.It's completely free and dear girls,this is more specifically  for you.Putting on weight with aging and post marriage?Let me help you.Let me explain the most common secret that you actually can manifest for a better progress which you have never been notice before.This is for those who don't actually have enough time to workout.This post might be long before it actually reach the point,so you can read the full information (link in bio)..Before I came across all this legitimate evidence for my mind,I had noticed this effect through my friends.

There was a group of researcher in Italy,Dr Fabrizio Benedetti and his colleagues doing studies on patients undergoing thoracic surgery.Cutting open your chest cavity ,reaching your heart and lungs is an invasive procedure which will be carried out with full course anaesthesia because it's super painful. Within an hour post surgery,the pain killer effect fades away and the pain will haunt the patients.So Dr Benedetti divided this patients into 2 groups.Both group received morphine sulphate for the pain but the difference was,one group received the medicine by a doctor.The doctor injected the medicine to the patient and another group was administrated by an auto self regulating pump.I will try to convey it in more easy understandable language and if you're one of those people that achieved greater 'wisdom' and seek an explanation for every single thing,google is your friend.


The group that received the medicine by doctors reported significant reduction of pain and those who received using auto pump self administrating morphine didn't seems to experience the same benefit.

Dr Benedetti was curious and wondered why..Whether the patient aware of it or not,the medicine,once injected into our system,it suppose to do its job,right?

So,he tested the same method with anxiety ,Parkinson,hypertension n etc and the result seems consistent.When the patient aware of it,the treatment is highly effective.When they don't, it's blunted.In some cases,it's not even effective.. Maybe that's why there was a saying ,'doctor nor medicine never heals you,it's your belief that does it'.


This frame of mindset,the lens we interpret the expectation to heal is more related to placebo effect.I have seen my friend A that became super sleepy within 20 minute taking midazolam.(but what I gave him was just a B complex but this effect doesn't work for my friend B that never tried dormicom 7.5mg  prior in his life.Friend A that continuously took it in the past got the same effect when I gave him a B complex tablet,the same size of a midazolam tablet but different color with a disclaimer  that's its a different brand. ) Midazolam is a sleeping pill and dormicom is the brand.


What's the connection of this to exercise?
Exercise is sort of a placebo effect that working in conjunction to this law.If you're not aware of it,it will never give the benefit fully.

You might be asking,"I had done everything correctly,diet,rest and workout yet it's not working"?
As I said in the beginning,this isn't the problem of yours.Your belief system might be working properly,but your hormone (cortisol) isn't working in favour (if you aren't on steroid).That's a whole vast topic that I will cover next time in medical context for better understanding and practical application.

To justify the placebo and exercise (since some human mind  simply never satisfied and continuously seek evidence and gain nothing , over analyze = paralyze),this explanation is for you .

84 hotel house keepers from 7 different hotels  in U.S have been studied.From the studies,the researchers learnt that 2/3 of them never do a single workout past these years.
   So the researcher wondered what would happen if they change the mindset of the workers.
This might the case of you as well(Yes ,I'm telling you).

Most of the activities that they workers had been doing satisfied the Surgeon General Requirement list,for an example :
*Changing linens for 15 minute ~ burns 40 calories
*Vacuuming 15 minutes ~burn 50 calories
*Cleaning bathroom 15 minutes ~burns 60 calories
*When you doing nothing,just breathing,reading,thinking about your boyfriend,for a 130 lbs person,you literally  burns roughly about 50 calories in 30 minutes.(values might varies but please keep in mind that there might be  several views but the fact remains the same,you do burn calories even when you doing nothing.Imagine when you actually walk at your work place,reading something,refilling petrol to you car n etc)

So when the workers been informed about this ,they came back 4 weeks later.(None of them actually do any extra activities like joining  a gym or went for jog etc,if I should say it in SRK's style,everything remains same to same.Just their mindset and awareness was different.)
4 weeks later,their weight dropped ,systolic blood pressure went down,their behavior changed,they literally liked their jobs more.(My friend and I used the same strategy,we turned house chore n etc into cardio -it's just that his willpower isn't strong enough so he went back into the same shape,wasted his money and time for nothing,changed my whole perspective towards him )

The researcher needs more concrete evidence so they conduct another studies.They set up a booth,offered a sensi milkshake(140 calories ,no sugar and 0 fat).Anyone who drink it and let their blood sample to be taken  to measure their ghlerin will be paid 75 dollar.
*Ghrelin is  the "hunger hormone" produce by gut when there's no food in your gastrointestinal tract

Another group was given a rich milkshake (620calories,30g fat,62g sugar) and their ghrelin was measured as well.


Both the result was compared.The group that drank the sensi milkshake,their  ghrelin level was ,for an easy understanding,assume within the scale of 1 to 10,was at 7,means their hunger hormone is still high which means they aren't full .So they going to eat more  anytime sooner because of hunger.The ghrelin level of the group that drank the rich milkshake,was at 2 and they literally felt full with higher leptin in their blood,the opposite hormone of ghrelin.

(Both the group was given a milkshake of same value with different looks- with 320 calories,10g fat and 30g sugar).
This simple concept can be used to boost your restaurant or food business's profit because the brain is that stupid .Will explain the method for profitable business in future post).

If you can see the difference,the mindset and the body works in an alignment that you can easily manipulate them to your favour in any condition.
We can  alter the  physiology nor psychology for the benefit of one and another.
It doesn't means that you can simply eat oily mutton curry everyday and expect the changes.As I said,both system related to each other like how conscious and subconscious minds works.If concept of one seems far away from the threshold of logical sense,it gets neutralized and will never work.For an example,if you drink alcohol as fuck and ended up at nasi kandar thrice  weekly and telling your mind that you will walk longer at work next day,it's definitely more like fooling yourself since your input doesn't match your output at all.So this will never apply for lazy ass out there.You might wondering how does this concept apply to conscious and subconscious right?For an example,if you have a disease and you trying to initiate your subconscious to heal you;it will never work if you keep telling your mind(conscious )that ' my cancer should go away or I should be cancer free in 3 weeks.If you look deeper, without realizing ,you been telling your conscious mind that you had cancer and you expecting it to go away which  won't because you neutralizing it.This whole concept  will definitely help for those who struggle with daily life yet trying their best to be fit and healthy with limited amount of money,source or time  and ended up sick because of the imbalance between mind,body and circumstances. .There are ways to do it in much sensible way that I would share more in the future,but what you can do for now is,even you don't have enough time to actually hit a gym,you can simply turn all your movement into some benefits by changing the way you believe and see things.
