Myth of Cardio


Common mythical question.
"I'm just trying to lose it right here," and they started pinching their tyre like belly.
You can't spot reduce a particular part and it doesn't go the other way either.Eating 3 piece of chicken breast won't go to your right bicep.

Next;cardio.

Cardio doesn't burn fat.It burns calories.If your goal is to lose weight,you must be in calorie deficit.As a part of getting into that calorie deficit,doing cardiovascular exercise is helpful but if you're not monitoring your calorie intake on top of it,cardio can't win a bad diet.

Too much cardio will ended up burning your muscle tissues.This will slows down your metabolism and decrease your bone density.
So keep them in balance.
