"Spend fifteen minutes right now,"I admonished,"flushing out those negative thoughts."

What is Lipid Profile
"Atherosclerosis leads to condition like heart attack,stroke & etc.Prolong elevated plasma cholesterol more than 5.2mmol/L are believed to be major factor in promoting atherosclerosis but the initiating factors ; it's a whole different topic." "Why there are many other things in lipid profile other than just cholesterol?"he questioned. "Mainly there are triglycerides, cholesterol,HDL,and LDL.Sometime HDL &LDL ratio or Cholesterol and HDL ratio will be included.These are the main things but there are things like VLDL, IDL chylomicrons etc as well.HDL is a good lipid because excess tissue cholesterol will be returned to the liver by HDL while LDL will do the opposite.
Triglycerides is recognized as an independent risk factor itself.
Triglycerides lower HDL² levels and thereby exert indirect atherogenicity.
Regular exercise lowers plasma LDL and raises HDL. Triacylglycerol concentration are also reduced.
Patients with coronary atherosclerosis either have a defect in reverse cholesterol transport such as low HDL² levels or an excess in cholesterol load from diet which increases LDL, triglycerides."

Second Attempt & Failed Again
Tried again and failed for the second time.I realized , without proper soundproof wall,the voice doesn't sounds listenable & I learned why the bgm and the voice doesn't sync.Both music and singing should be in the same tempo otherwise creating background score ended up disastrous.This is what I learnt this time.
The whole thing changed the moment I created the bgm.This wasn't what I imagined when I wrote the lyrics but this time,I slowly started to use both hands simultaneously in a better manner and right fingers movement getting faster.Otherwise,it still sucks.
So decided to stop correcting it anymore and move on to the next with the lessons.
19th Jan | My Purpose
"Tom,few days back,a young boy of twenty-two consulted me.He was super dissatisfied with lot of things.He sounds ambitious to fill a bigger niche in life & wanted to know how to improve his circumstances.His motive seemed unselfish & entirely worth while."
"Who's that?"Tom asked.
"Stranger,"and I asked him,"Well,where do you want to go?"
"I just don't know exactly,"he said hesitantly.
"I have never given it any thought.I only know I want to go somewhere other than where I am."
"What can you do best?"I then asked."What are your strong points?" "I don't know,he responded.I never thought that over either." "But what would you like to do if you had your choice?What do you really want to do?"I insisted.
"I just cant say,"he replied dully.I don't really know what I would like to do.Guess I ought to figure that one out too."
"You want to go somewhere but you don't know where,you don't know what you can do or what you like to do.You will have to get your ideas organized before you can expect to start getting anywhere. Hazy ideas don't work and even if you figure out everything,there is a point that many ignored that leads to failure."
"What's that?"he replied simply.
"From my experience, I realized, doesn't matter how strong is our clarity,most of the time we fail because we miss something.It's not just knowing what you want,you must list out what you don't want. Be precise about who you are and just exactly about who you are not.
If you know what you want ,what you good at without knowing what you don't want and your poor side,it won't work."
"Nice piece man.Where do you want to go in life?"Tom asked.
"Moon,"I replied while looking at the sky and the half moon & we both shared a laughter.
"Tom, I'm serious about it but it's just a back up plan for future.You know what Tom,look over there,"I pointed around an housing area which looked completely quiet in that dark from that top.
"From this height, everything looks peaceful but definitely somewhere there,in a house,around a street's corner, someone might be crying, depressed,being abused and you know, lot of bad shit might be happening & we don't aware of it.Even if we see it happening in front of our eyes,I doubt it if we would question it."
"Pain is inevitable Lakdhes.It's part of the system,"Tom sighed.
"Tom, you know what day is today?"
"19th Jan? What's special today?"he was curious.
"This date is kinda special in my memory.It was my ex-friend's birthday."
"Ex-friend?"
"Haha,yes Tom.We aren't friends anymore.I messed it up as usual."
"You're a weirdo,not everyone could be your friend, it's alright.Give him a call and wish him."
"It's not him.It's a girl."
"A girl??"
"Yes."
"It's fine,text her."
"No Tom.She gave me her number after one year. Till now,I never ever misuse it to call her again nor text her.That's the respect I could give for her trust.You know Tom,having a girl's number is a big issue.Many boys out there that like a girl can't easily get a girl's number and when you one person have it, it's a special thing.To gain that trust,it took me more than 365days.I messed up and pissed her once.The next day she called.She was angry but throughout the conversation,she never use any bad words,never sounds rude , composed and maintained her dignity."
"Maybe she's powerless and don't want to be in trouble."
"No Tom,every girl definitely have their own bucket of strength.Father, brother, relatives or at least a male friend that could back them up.It's not that.If she want, she could ask any one of them to contact me but she didn't.I don't even remember much how she looks but I still remember her birthday because of these thing."

"No Tom,maybe I sounded evil but I did that deliberately. That's not the issue because I know myself.These words always correlate with my purpose Tom."
"With time I realized I love two thing,"Tom was listening silently.
"I love to create and to solve.I love solving more than creating.It must be around 2014,15 if I'm not mistaken, during surgery ward posting.While in the OT, I saw the teacher was the doctor that always scolded me for being in surgery ward when I was in 3rd year,Dr Akram.He hates me.So, one day I wrote a letter to him and stop visiting surgery ward and went to orthopedic OT every single night.When he saw me as his student,he was excited as well.The class was till 10pm but my friends insisted we just bunk the class because they were hungry.In such a big crowd,he won't realize if few students went missing.I followed and 20minute later the Dr asked where am I and realized I truanted the class.He was angry and my friends exaggerated the whole scenario once the class ended.Not for the second time I thought creating such a bad impression.That night I was super high and made so much of chaos in the hospital at 3am because I wanted to meet him and I don't even remember it .The next day when I woke up,I saw my self wearing ot scrub,table full of medicines.The combination I made created such a reaction.My conscious mind will be shutdown but I wil be operating unconsciously.After some time, I won't remember anything.What I did,whom I met , everything.The next day I saw all the students looked at me one kind and I don't know why til one of the intern doctor told me what I did last night.He said Akram was super angry.Fuck, I made it worst I thought and was very down.I knew the intern doctor from ortho OT.There was a night where he was posted in ortho OT for the first time.He was alone and he don't know how to stitch the machete attacked wound.My help made us friends since then.He saw me super upset and told me there was an interesting case in mortuary today.He knew my interest with autopsy so he told me I could see it along with the 4th year student's forensic class.At 1230pm I went with my lab coat.I saw the teacher was my previous year's teacher and that doctor remembered me because there was a day during autopsy class,the moment he cut open the intestines,the student couldn't bare the smell and ran out of the class but I saw him sitting there in the midst of a rotten body and nicely eating laddo.I covered my nose with handkerchief and asked him,' how could you eat here in this smell ?' and he said,'I'm used to it' .
That's how he remembered me.
I went to the dead body and saw it was a girl.A raped victim.From her physical signs she must be around 12 to 14 years old.There were nail scratch marks all over her body,her lips were torn at a side,bite mark on the right breast with marked darkened erythema, fractured right elbow,disclocated right shoulder and a bite mark on her left inner aspect of her thigh."
Tom's eye wide opened.
"The doctor told me she passed away due shock and severe bleeding from ruptured genital vessel due to irregularly torn hymen and pelvic dislocation.I can't see nor stand there anymore.Bite mark on thigh,how much pain would it caused,that question kept ringing in my head Tom.For a week,I was very disturbed and that's when I realized, safety is more important than health.Even Google can solve your health issues,but in term of safety,even God can't help you I realized.Lot of discriminations happened in college that month and it made me realized something. I don't wish to see it as gender discriminations.It's not male abusing female.I saw it as a strong person harming a weaker soul.I hate it.I nourished that rage in me up to this day because that is what I want to change.The health and safety of mankind and at the age io 87, I leave the earth."
Last Year this Date

"Years from now,these greeny trees, soothing nature, jungle, nothing will be there right?"
"Ya.That's why I wanted to keep a record of it so that I can look back a day."
"Few weeks ago,I was coming back from the gym .Usually I will take a shortcut to avoid the main road's traffic .While coming back,I saw a snake on the road."
"Snake?"he asked with a wide opened eyes.
"Yes,a big cobra.It doesn't disturb me,it was just crossing the road and I passed by it ,few feets away.Past few weeks, I have been dreaming and seeing snake often."
"Why? That's doesn't sounds good,"he shared his point of view.
"Snakes are the first animal that you will attract during your awakening.Too much meditation, bringing the energy towards upward will attract them I learned.They can sense your chemistry.If you aren't afraid,it won't harm you but doesn't matter how much I'm aware of this,the fear was there to be honest.After all, it's a snake and it could kill you in minutes.Death isn't the problem,but if your survived but it leads to amputation, that's what I'm worried about.I have seen such cases in OT.Since that day, whenever I pass by that road,I realized there's a fear in me.I wondered why I don't have such fear when I was young but now,just a sight of it caused so much uneasiness in me.
Such fear of snakes, centipedes, spiders, scorpions, nothing was there when I was young.We swam in any lakes,went into any jungle,even if we saw a snake,the next day we will go there again.Jelly fish, scorpion, centipede's stung ended up with another injection and hospital visit,but the fear wasn't there at all.I wondered why it doesn't felt the same way now.What aging had done to me I thought and a mail pinged."
"Mail?"From who?"
"YouTube team .It say's they removed my video because I used minors in my video."
"Seriously?"
"Yes,maybe the title' kids in poverty' caused it.If they watch if for a minute,they would realized there's nothing wrong there.I learnt valuable lesson from that but there are so many videos on YouTube spreading violence, hatred,
age restricted porno and they removed my video.It annoyed me for a second but it's a noreply mail so.I can't do much."
"What you did then?"
"I spent hours making these videos.Spent days to learn how to use the app to edit the clips so that I can watch them in the future and smile reminiscing the past and they just deleted it in a second!
So I recreated them ."
"But why that bgm?"
I smiled."Then was days I used to listened to that song,walked all the way to college , smiling and dreaming of her."
"Who?"
"Haha,my ex.I will be super excited about college because I can see her.It's funny how the feeling changed.I learned that,going after a person is the most deleterious thing for success.I decided to make a change.I went into the jungle again after years, alone.I heard stories about a huge white cobra in that jungle.I thought that's the best place to start."
"Goshhh! That's the most craziest thing ever! Did you saw them?"
"No,just normal snakes.Not the huge snake from the myth.The moment I came back, I used the same song as the bgm for the video but the emotion wasn't the same.I cropped out her images from the video as well."
"Why?"
"I wished to see my friend's face in the future so I kept them.She,I felt it's unnecessary."

My First Song & It was a Disaster
The dream of making a song came 3 years back during my forensic viva.I made a checklist for 2019 and this was one of it but after days working on it,I realized my music sucks.It sounds terrible. My brain can't create music like how it could create words.I just can't create the bgm,the beat, lyrics, arrangements of the score, it's like this isn't my cup of tea at all.I wondered how some could do it..I don't know what the future holds for me ,either I stop or I become someone,but this will reminds me that,I tried and I failed or I tried,I suck at it,I failed but I learn from it and become someone.Let my bad piece of work stay here so that I can look back a day.

Lessons of 2018
"What's your resolution?"
I don't have one this year,only checklist.
He broke into a wide,toothy smile and nodded rapidly in agreement.
Then he asked me,"Your 2018's lessons?"
I smiled,"Let me tell you as a story.It was the beginning of winter solstice.During this period,all the birds will fly to the south.All the birds does except this one bird,who was singing in full joy without noticing the approaching winter .By the time he came to his senses and flew,it was already late.In the midst of the journey,his wings freezed.With heavy frozen wings,the bird felt to the ground.
He begged to the God for help.
Minutes later,a cow passed by him and shit on his head.
The warmness of the cow dung melted the frozen wings of the bird.He was super happy.
He sang with full joy.He never move from there.A passing by cat heard the bird's sound and dug the dung,saw the bird & ate him."
"1st,when you're happy, don't forget the world.Change is inevitable.
Second,all those who put you in a deep shit isn't your enemy.At the same time,those who pull you out of the shit aren't usually your friend.
When you were given a second chance,use it asap & lastly,when you're in deep shit,keep your fcking mouth shut."
How To set Resolution for 2019
"It's New Year,did figure out your resolution?"
I didn't have resolution this year,only checklist list.
"Not even one?"
Haha,maybe say more no.
I realized resolution is more like a goal oriented thing and it requires will power.With time it will seem difficult if you're not achieving anything .
"How to set a resolution?"
Simple,
1st,Start early.Set it week earlier so that at the time of new year,you already started and that feel good is a good drive.
2nd,Write it down on a piece of paper.3rd,keep it short if can not more than 3.Mind only remember 7 things at a time.In term of goals,the more you set,the probability to fail increases as well.If you have more, dissect them and you will realize each one of them is interlink to one another.
"What do you mean?"
For an example,being fit and earn passive income is a single resolution and another one is just the action required.If you become fit,teach it and earn money.They aren't different,you do one and achieve another rather than setting many resolution and burdening your mind.
Lastly that resolution should stir you emotion.You must know your why you want it and it should be deep seated emotion .Otherwise you won't even remember it a week later.
