Stress
At times its bttr to answr aft being questioned.One of my frnd asked me why I alwys seemed busy.Honestly I keep myself busy jst to gt used to it.Most of the time physical stress without proper rest leads to mental stress n thats leads to pressure.Lack of sleep is one of the major cz of it so by makin my self get used to it,loading with cortisol n managing it wil help in cmg mnths I realzd.Whenever I felt overwhelmed by pressure,I ask myself what is the worst case scenario wil hpn frm this..It leads to some level of cmfrt unlike the beginning.2nd is control..I make a list of things in my control and things beyond my cntrl rgrdng it.I ignre those beyond my cntrl n for things under my cntrl,I qualify top 3 controllable issue.There might be 6,7 issues bt by paying close attention,I realzed oni the top 3 matter the most n the rest 3 is jst cz overthinking.4th prioritizing the root ..This is by making the top 3 into 1 and see what is the actual cause n keep asking why hw why why n go into the deepest why n try to solve it.Brain handle one task better at a time.Multi tasking is fine with physical activities bt I realzd in order to solve an issue mentally,focus is imprtnt like trainin muscles otherwise mind muscle connection cant b achved.Same goes to prb,handle one at a time n move on otherwise solution wil be hard n wil take away our peace n smile for weeks.One at a time is the key when its involvin brain n emotion.
